Dr. Christie has over forty years of direct senior and executive management experience and specializes in Community Development, the development of organizations and the management of strategic change in complex organizations.
Identifying misalignments within these structures at all levels – frontline, managerial and strategic.
He has developed processes that will re-align the people, organizational structure and processes within and between all levels of organizations to increase Effectiveness, Efficiency and Innovation.
Dr. Christie has co-authored two books, as well as worked directly with and made presentations to private, voluntary and government sectors at international, provincial and community levels.
Some of his undertakings have included facilitating projects on visioning, strategic management, program planning, staff development and personal coaching.
He has also worked with persons and organizations in both the private and public sectors to help them re-examine their mission and revitalize their sense of commitment to their mission and markets.
He will lead the International Business Development.
He has been closely acquainted with Georges EmmerSon Caza for the last 13 years.

Extensive accounting, audit, business process improvement and investment analysis experience, as well as corporate finance and capital markets expertise.
He has been exposed to an extensive range of business settings, including management, taxation, due diligence, business valuation, information system implementation, special assignments and sensitive investigations such as fraud investigations.
He has demonstrated strong analytically, problem solving and organizational skills, as well as being computer literate.
He possesses excellent written and good oral communication/interpersonal skills, as well as good leadership, influencing/negotiating skills and team building qualities.
Began his career with Price Waterhouse, six years in public accounting.
Since 2000, Mr. Martelli began to devote his time to investment activities on a full-time basis and has been providing services as a corporate finance and capital markets consultant for startup businesses.
He has been working with Georges EmmerSon Caza as a Special Advisor for 7 years.

Inventor & Developer of the Megadome, a complete and utmost modern City under an Air Supported Dome of one (1) Mile in Diameter.
Established relationship with a series of Technical Firms to build the SKITRAC, Twin Domes & Mall and Megadomes.
He will oversee all the technical aspects for the construction of the SKITRAC, Twin Domes & Mall and the Megadomes.
